This Privacy Policy explains how Koi Games Oyun ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi ("Koi Games", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (together, the "Services").

Koi Games is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy applies to all games and applications published by Koi Games on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

We do not offer user accounts, and we do not ask you to register or provide your name, email address, or phone number in order to play.

• Gameplay Data: level progress, achievements, in-game events, session length, and in-app purchase history.
• Device and Technical Data: device model, operating system and version, language and country settings, IP address, coarse location derived from IP address, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
• Identifiers: device identifiers and advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA / IDFV and Google's Advertising ID), and app-instance identifiers used by our analytics and attribution providers.
• Purchase Data: transaction identifiers, product purchased, and purchase status. Payment card details are handled entirely by Apple and Google and are never received by us.
• Support Correspondence: if you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Platform Data: limited aggregated data provided to us by Apple and Google, such as download and revenue reporting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain our games
• Save and restore your game progress
• Enable in-app purchases and verify transactions
• Measure and improve gameplay, difficulty balancing, and game design
• Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse
• Serve advertisements and measure advertising performance
• Diagnose crashes and technical problems
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract: delivering the game, saving progress, processing and verifying in-app purchases, and providing support.
• Legitimate interests: analytics and crash reporting, product improvement, security, fraud and cheat prevention, and measuring the performance of our advertising, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent: where required, for tracking across apps and websites for advertising purposes. On iOS this consent is obtained through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may withdraw it at any time in your device settings.
• Legal obligation: retaining transaction and accounting records and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Advertising and Device Identifiers

Our games are supported by advertising. Our advertising partners may use advertising identifiers to select and measure the ads you see.

You can limit this at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off tracking for the app.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads, and select "Delete advertising ID" or opt out of ad personalization.

If you limit tracking or ad personalization you will still see advertisements, but they will be less relevant to you.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense given to those terms under California law. We share limited data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers that help us operate the Services, including analytics, backend hosting, and crash reporting
• Advertising partners that serve, mediate, and measure advertisements
• Attribution providers that measure the performance of our marketing campaigns
• Platform operators — Apple and Google — as required for distribution and payment processing
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by applicable law

If Koi Games is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will give notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16, or a higher age where the law of your country requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such individuals.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@koi.gs. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child below the applicable age without valid parental consent, we will delete it.

7. Data Retention

• Gameplay and analytics data: retained for up to 14 months in identifiable form, after which it is retained only in aggregated or anonymized form.
• Crash and diagnostic logs: retained for up to 90 days.
• Transaction and accounting records: retained for up to 10 years, as required by applicable Turkish tax and commercial law.
• Support correspondence: retained for up to 3 years from the close of your request.

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy or required by law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricting access to personal data to those who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Breach Notification

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and, where required, affected users, within the timeframes set by applicable law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Users in the EU or the UK may contact their national authority; users in Türkiye may contact the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).

Because our games do not use accounts, we may need additional information — such as your device advertising identifier — to locate data relating to you. In some cases we may be unable to identify your data, and we will tell you if that is the case.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. International Transfers

We are based in Türkiye, and our partners operate in a number of countries including the United States and countries within the European Economic Area. Your data may therefore be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own.

Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where a change is material, we will give notice in the game or by other reasonable means before it takes effect.
